Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong addresses or unsuccessful delivery attempts. We are not liable for unanticipated delays due to bad weather conditions.
In the case of missing or lost parcels, refunds will be processed only upon official confirmation from the courier service.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping of INR 90 applies to all orders.
We offer free shipping over orders worth INR 3000 and above.
HANDLING TIMES
We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. Orders are dispatched within 7 working days. Most orders are delivered within 8 to 10 working days post that. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
If you want to claim any loss/damage of the product, you must record an unboxing video from start to end with all the labels attached. Also, please email us at theminimallady.vsp@gmail.com or send us an Instagram DM mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.
