Kindly look into the terms & conditions for exchange/return –
- An unboxing video from the time of opening the POD packaging with our logo and bill. The video should be recorded from start to the end without any cuts or edits in between must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Only after looking into this, return pickup will be initiated from our end.
- Do send the package in the same packaging.
- An exchange will be processed only after we receive the package, allow 8-10 business days.
- PLEASE NOTE : IF YOU FAIL TO RECORD AN UNBOXING VIDEO, THERE WILL BE NO ACTIONS/RESPONSE FROM OUR END.
